The Learning Technology Consortium is a collaborative of institutions with common interests in applying technology to enhance teaching and learning. .The eight members of the consortium are Notre Dame University, University of Delaware, University of Florida, University of Georgia, University of Pittsburgh, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Virginia Tech University, and Wake Forest University. LTC representatives meet semiannually at a member campus, on a rotating basis.
